The Team Selector has made it clear at all county meetings that if an archer doesn’t send scores in, they cannot be selected. If you wish to be part of the team, please send your scores as per the selection criteria below to dcaatargetteam@gmail.com
Dear Derbyshire Archers,
To be considered for selection for the county, please ensure that your scores – and relevant results sheets – are sent to dccaatargetteam@gmail.com no later than July 31st 2026.
Please be aware that to make the most of our entries, it is vital that we field full teams; however, a minimum standard will be applied at selectors discretion. This is especially important for the National County Team event as teams are made up of three archers and without three archers, the team will be at a disadvantage from the get go (or may be refused entry for another counties full team).
Thorsby:
Record Status 12 Doz mixed distance rounds (York/Hereford or WA1440) will be given preference for selection at the correct distance for age and gender.
Please make me aware in your score submission if you would like to be considered for the 50+ round as we can only enter a maximum of one per bowstyle.
If the team is not filled – or at selectors discretion – World Record Status Double 720 scores will be accepted, but will not have preference over the mixed distance rounds for Thorsby selection only.
National County Team:
Record status WA720 + H2H or Double WA720 round as preference – WA1440 & WA900 scores will be considered at selectors discretion.
Please note that there is no 50+ criteria for the National County Team Tournament, full distance scores are required to be considered for selection.
